- Using our online shopping cart
How to order through a remittance center
Ordering is basically done by accomplish an order form provided in the remittance center and paying the corresponding amount to the teller. Here is the list of remittance centers per bank.
How to ORDER Online
- Browse our product pages for items you would like to purchase.
- Enter the quantity you want on the box provided for each product. Quantity is set to 1 by default. Click add to cart button. Each time you add an item to your cart, an alert box will pop up informing you that the item (or items) has been added to your cart.
- When you are done shopping, click on the "View Cart" link located on the upper right-hand side of every page. This link will show the list of items purchased. You can remove items from your cart by clicking the remove button located on the rightmost column of the table.
- On the same page, select the shipping destination by clicking on the radio button provided for each shipping zone. Next, click on the "Checkout Now" button.
- Clicking the "Checkout Now" button will bring you to the page where you need to choose the payment option. Listed below are the possible payment options.

The page also displays the details of your order so that you could double-check your
order.
- Fill out the customer details on the same page and then click once on
"Submit Order" button. - Print and take note of the unique transaction/reference number and amount of product ordered including shipping charges (if delivery outside the Philippines).
How to Pay
- Payment through aforementioned partner banks' branches or correspondent banks overseas:
- Proceed to the bank.
- Fill up the remittance or money transfer form indicating The Astra Group, Inc. as the beneficiary as well as the corresponding bank account number of the company maintained at the bank which will be handling the money transfer. Listed below are the 4 partner banks and the corresponding bank account number you will use when transacting with a particular bank. Banks may require the unique transaction number generated by online shop in the Astra Group's website. Please make sure you have this information.

- We will ship your order upon receipt of payment.
The customer shall shoulder all bank charges. Please make sure that we receive the amount specified in the order form to avoid delays. We will inform you via email of shipment schedule and tracking number.
- Payment through other banks

You could also pay through other banks at your convinience. Make sure you have selected Other Bank payment option when you check out of the online shopping cart.

Deliveries to local destinations are free. We ship through several courier services locally. Delivery usualy takes around 3 to 5 working days.
- International

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the completed order and the country of destination. When you place an order, the the online shopping cart system will generate the corresponding shipping fee and will add it to the total amount of products that you have ordered. Duties and taxes, if any, will be shouldered by the buyer.
